Our individual homely apartments are clean and comfortable - perfect for a relaxing holiday. They sleep 2-6, with the option of additional beds for younger children. All benefit from large living rooms as befits this historic house. The kitchens are well equipped with everything you should need to cook if you choose to.
Caerhays is our ground floor apartment sleeping 2, with its own separate entrance
Daymer apartment on the first floor can sleep 2 in a king sized bed or a family by adding the optional twin single bedroom
Epphaven apartment is also on the first floor and has a double bedroom and a large twin single bedroom. It can be joined to Gorran apartment through a connecting corridor for a super amount of space
Fowey apartment on the first floor has a double and twin bedroom with the option of an additional twin single bedroom on request and subject to availability
Gorran apartment on the first floor has a super king bed which converts to two singles if preferred
Heligan apartment needs a few more steps to climb to the second floor and has more of a cottage feel to it. There is a large open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge, complimented by a double and twin single bedrooms.
The Old Rectory gardens are a peaceful haven to relax at anytime with a glass of wine and a good book. There is a BBQ and different seating areas to choose from. The heated outdoor pool is available from May half term until the end of August. The games room is a perfect place to challenge your family or friends to a game of pool or table tennis, air hockey or table football. The small children's play area and large lawn for ball games give youngsters the opportunity to run off any remaining energy after a day of adventure
Our village location is peaceful with pretty cottages, lane walks and a community run shop just 200 yds away for your holiday essentials and fresh produce each morning. Our location is perfect to spend time exploring Looe and Polperro, Fowey and Lostwithiel. The Eden Project is within easy reach and there are myriad other gardens to inspire you. Historic National Trust properties are within easy driving distance and walking some of the glorious coast path is a must. There are many attractions for youngsters close by and we are happy to make some recommendations depending on your interests. Body boarding and rock pooling can easily occupy your little ones all day.
