Valentis specialise in Ice Cream ingredients and equipment supplying Artisan producers throughout the UK. Ingredients such as Cacao from Ecuador, Pistachio, Lemons and Oranges from Sicily, Coffee from Brazil and Hazelnuts from Piedmont.From 2013 we will make our products at Calstock, supplying local restaurants hotels and catering businesses. During the Summer Season our demonstration shop will be open to members of the public. Here they may sample and purchase our delicious ice-cream for themselves. This will form part of Valentis Gelato-Artisan Academy based at the old Riverside Restaurant in Calstock. This Artisan Academy will offer courses in Ice Cream, Patisserie and Chocolate making. These will be of interest to businesses, schools, colleges, social groups, and individual members of the public wishing to learn new skills or simply looking for a new creative experience.
